In addition to casting equipment, it includes 9 wax injection machines, 12 coating machines(1 vacuum coating machine), 2 intermediate frequency furnaces, 1 spectrum analyzer, 2 alkali burners. Punch equipment: 2 oil pressure machines, 6 friction machines and 8 punch machines. Process Machinery: 6CNC, 6 EDM, 5 wire cutting machines and driller, milling machines and grinders, and lathes. Heat treatment equipment: 3 gas carburizing furnace of 75KW, 1 36KW# tempering furnace, 4 experimental furnaces of 10Kw and 1 Rockmaster sclerometer.
As a mold development, heat treatment and finished process, made possible by state-to-the-art equipment like vacuum coating machine and analyse tools before furnace, and together with our perseverance for excellence, the roughness of casting surface has reached Ra3. 2-Ra1. 6 crafted with co***ct structure, highly precise. In addition, semi-finished products and finished products can be built within minimal time with monthly yield of exceeding 8 million pcs.
Our quality system is completed and assisted by CPK check standard, together with ISO9001 quality assurance system introduced in 2001, the co***ny has ultimately been certified by NQA approval.
